SENDING A CASE |
Since the nature of our work involves disputed documents and material, therefore safety of such material is a top priority for both our client and us. To protect the material from any potential damage, we advise our clients to keep the original material in their custody. Instead, we encourage them to use modern communication methods and tools to send the images of original documents to us. This can be easily achieved by scanning the original documents and emailing the scanned images to us. |
WHAT TO SEND |
Use original documents where available. If original documents are not available, then use the clearest photocopy. |
Both questioned and specimen documents are needed to conduct examination and comparison. |
The specimens should be in the closest date-range of the questioned documents. |
Ideally, more the number of specimens, the better it is. |
If however there are limitations regarding the date-range and number of specimens, then send us whatever specimens are available. |
SCANNING INSTRUCTIONS |
Scan the documents at good resolution (more than 300 dpi) and save them as JPEG files. (Other image formats like pdf and bmp are also acceptable but JPEG is the most preferred format). |
Email the image files to us. |

PROFESSIONAL FEES |
Each case is different and our professional fees correspond to the nature of the assignment. We prefer a preliminary examination of the material before quoting the professional fees. In order to facilitate our clients we do not charge anything for the preliminary examination. Just scan and send the documents to us and we will quote you our professional fees for the case. |
CONFIDENTIALITY |
Whether our services are retained or not, any information or material that our clients share with us, is treated as confidential. |
